Baines Had a Ball
It’s been a long tradition of Baines Lodge, to send the Master and his partner, to the Provincial Ball. This year was no exception.
John and Kathryn Lee attended the University of Bolton Stadium, alongside 650 other attendees, who were collectively tasked with enjoying themselves.
The afternoon kicked off with a small gathering of the ‘Wardens Club’. David Edwards, the Wardens Secretary, had put together a delightful reception which included champagne, white wine, red wine and charcuterie boards. John, the Director of Ceremonies for the Club, was most pleased to thank David for his endeavours before thanking the Provincial Grand Master Tony Harrison, and his wife Maureen, for leading the celebrations.
John and Kathryn were then able to mix and converse with their many friends from all over the Province of West Lancashire, especially the other members of Baines Lodge and their partners, who had also attended.
The Lodge currently boasts the Provincial Senior Grand Warden Daniel Crossley, the Deputy Grand Director of Ceremonies Ryan Modlin, the Blackpool Group Secretary David Edwards, the North Fylde Group Vice Chairman Tony Farrar, the South Fylde Group Chairman Robbie Porter, the First Principal of Peace and Unity Chapter Michael Tax and the extremely talented and rising star Ade May.
It was an absolute delight for John and Kathryn to represent Baines Lodge which the attached photographs and the annexed video illustrates.
The Baines Family truly had a ball.
