In addition to our membership, we encourage the involvement of our partners and children, who actively assist us with Lodge development in an ever changing world.

We believe working together makes a tangible difference to the lives and well-being of those less fortunate than ourselves.

We commend raising funds for good causes but we also encourage giving our time and adopting a more hands on approach.

Work undertaken within our communities is serious. However, we strive to have fun and to enjoy the companionship of our members, and their families, who are integral to all that we do and all that we seek to achieve.

Working within the community doesn’t just mean raising funds and donating those monies to charities.

We aim to give of our time for good causes. This might be volunteering at a food bank, soup kitchen, mowing a section of grass or even painting a fence. Our collective efforts make a positive impact on society at large and our actions have produced significant value to others.

Monetary donations are important and we support many charities both locally and nationally. Within the last twelve months, we have donated time and money to Pear Tree School, Care & Share Blackpool, Headway, Child Action Northwest and Home Start Blackpool.

We enjoy regular social events and interacting with other Masons, non-Masons and families. We host many social events every year and we ensure that they are always fun.

We feel that spending time with friends and family, in a relaxed and comfortable environment, strengthens existing relationships and allows us to make new friendships too.

We want our members, partners and children to have a sense of belonging. By getting involved they gain personal satisfaction and this provides further stability to the foundations of the Lodge.
